• You work in a strong engineering team where everyone collaborates closely – from architecture decisions to code reviews. Together we find the best solution, not the fastest.
• You make architectural decisions and develop AI solutions from rapid prototypes to highly scalable microservices.
• You work directly with our customers – analyzing problems, leading workshops, and translating requirements into working technical architectures.
• You orchestrate tasks to coding agents and use state-of-the-art AI development environments (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to massively scale your output.
• You bring LLM approaches safely into production, design deployments (Docker, GitHub Workflows), and own quality assurance through rigorous testing.
• From the first customer idea to go-live, you take end-to-end ownership and iterate at blazing speed.

• You have experience in professional software development – whether as a junior with a strong foundation or a seasoned engineer with a track record in scaling systems.
• You have a builder mindset: no fear of uncharted territory, problem-solver through and through.
• You're proficient in Python and/or TypeScript, but can also quickly navigate unfamiliar codebases and pick up new languages.
• You're familiar with containerization (Docker), microservices, and modern deployment processes.
• You know how to use AI coding tools effectively and rigorously verify their output for quality and security.
• You can communicate technical complexity clearly and are fluent in German (at least C1).
• Customer interaction and workshops excite you, not intimidate you.
