Deine Aufgaben

Als AI Engineer kann für dich das Problem gar nicht schwer genug sein. Du bist mit dem aktuellen Stand der Technik im Bereich Deep Learning/GenAI vertraut. Als Teil unseres Teams von KI-Expert:innen findest du clevere Lösungen für die Erkennung, Klassifizierung und Extraktion von Dokumenten und betreust die Inbetriebnahme von neuen KI-Ansätzen und Modellen.

Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte KI-Lösungen vom Prototyp bis hin zu integrierbaren Microservices
Du verwendest und entwickelst State-of-the-Art-Modelle, um reale Probleme zu lösen
Du hilfst die neusten LLM-Ansätze in Produktion zu bringen
Du analysierst große Datensätze und findest kreative Lösungen
Du entwickelst, realisierst, testest und dokumentierst fachkundig
Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt
Du überwachst die Inferenzergebnisse im Produktivbetrieb und gehst auf das Kundenfeedback ein

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studienfeld
Du hast tiefe Kenntnisse in mindestens einem dieser Bereiche: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Generative KI (GenAI), große Sprachmodelle (LLMs) oder RAG und verfolgst dort aktiv den aktuellen State-of-the-Art
Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse, lebst die Best Practices und hast bereits erfolgreich Softwareprojekte in die Produktion gebracht
Du benutzt Coding-Assistenten für die Softwareentwicklung
Du hast fundierte mathematische Kenntnisse, vor allem in Machine Learning Ansätzen und statistischen Verfahren
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst effektiv mit Personen unterschiedlicher Profession (technisch und nicht-technisch) kommunizieren
Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb und Monitoring von KI-Modellen per Docker oder Kubernetes

Your tasks

As an AI Engineer, no challenge is too difficult for you. You are familiar with the current state of the art in the area of deep learning and generative ai. As part of our team of AI experts, you will find clever solutions for the recognition, classification and extraction of documents and oversee deployment of new AI approaches and models.

You develop tailor-made AI solutions from prototype to integrable microservices
You use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real-world problems
You help to bring the latest LLM methods into production
You analyze large data sets and find creative solutions
You develop, implement, test and document professionally
You are involved in the development from designing the concept to deployment
You monitor the inference results in production and respond to customer feedback

Your profile

You have a master's degree in computer science or a comparable field of study
You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of these areas: computer vision, natural language processing, generative ai, large language models (LLMs) or retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and actively track the state-of-the-art
You have very good programming skills, internalized best practices and have already successfully brought software projects into production
You are using coding-assistants for your software development workflows
You have experience in operating and monitoring AI models via Docker or Kubernetes
You have in-depth mathematical skills, especially in machine learning approaches and statistical methods
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds (technical and non-technical)
You are fluent in German (at least B2).
