Deine Aufgaben

Als DevOps Engineer bist du das Rückgrat unserer KI-Plattform. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, unsere KI-Lösungen nahtlos und effizient in die Produktionsumgebung zu integrieren und zu warten. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team von KI-Experten zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Modelle und Anwendungen stabil laufen und sich stetig weiterentwickeln.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb und das Monitoring unserer KI-Lösungen in unserer Produktionsumgebung (Cloud und On-Premise).
Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines
Du stellst eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit unserer KI-Anwendungen sicher und hilfst den Kunden beim täglichen Betrieb der Plattform.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Betrieb und sorgst für eine reibungslose Auslieferung neuer Softwareversionen bei den Kunden.
Du identifizierst und löst technische Herausforderungen, um die Performance und Effizienz der lector.ai Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Du implementierst Monitoring- und Logging-Tools, um Einblicke in die Systemperformance zu gewinnen und proaktiv auf Probleme reagieren zu können.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem verwandten Feld.
Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen im Betrieb und Monitoring von Softwareanwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich KI oder Machine Learning.
Du besitzt praktische Erfahrung mit Containerisierungstechnologien wie Docker und Orchestrierungstools wie Kubernetes.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Wartung von CI/CD-Pipelines
Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, komplexe Systeme zu verstehen und zu optimieren.
Teamarbeit liegt dir am Herzen und du kommunizierst effektiv mit Kollegen unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen.
Du sprichst auf C1-Niveau Deutsch oder strebst dieses Niveau zeitnah an.

Your tasks

As a DevOps Engineer, you are the backbone of our AI platform. Your focus is on seamlessly and efficiently integrating and maintaining our AI solutions in the production environment. You will work closely with our team of AI experts to ensure that our models and applications run stably and continue to evolve.

You are responsible for the deployment, operation, and monitoring of our AI solutions in our production environment (cloud and on-premise).
You develop and optimize our CI/CD pipelines.
You ensure high availability and scalability of our AI applications and assist customers with the daily operation of the platform.
You work at the interface between development and operation, ensuring the smooth delivery of new software versions to customers.
You identify and solve technical challenges to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the lector.ai platform.
You implement monitoring and logging tools to gain insights into system performance and proactively respond to issues.

Your profile

You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
You possess extensive experience in the operation and monitoring of software applications, ideally in the field of AI or Machine Learning.
You have practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
You have experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
You have strong analytical skills and are capable of understanding and optimizing complex systems.
Teamwork is important to you, and you communicate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines.
You speak German at a C1 level or are aiming to achieve this level in the near future.
